Project Kick-Off
We started with a kickoff meeting with the client to introduce the team that was going to work on the project, chat about the project background, scope of the project and present our schedule and timeline.

Development
Graphem and ColourBox had weekly project meetings to give the client insight into the project progress and collect feedback from it, after each page completion we proceeded to test and QA all content and functionality of it.

Graphem and Before The Floor held weekly project meetings to ensure alignment of requirements and analyze the deliverables for each sprint in the development stage. Each sprint completion was analyzed, and adjustments were made to better accommodate stakeholders’ needs.
